How SOCRadar leveraged Multiplier to drive global expansion

March 2023 -

Initially, SOCRadar’s hiring efforts were confined to the U.S. and Turkey, where they had legal entities. However, to expand globally, and acquire a global customer base, SOCRadar needed to hire talent in regions where they lacked infrastructure to support direct employment. They also needed representatives to communicate effectively with local clients and provide support across multiple time zones. Their requirements included global reach, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to directly own and manage entities without third-party operators, especially for key regions like India.
